CONTRIBUTOR'S REPLY
Hi Frederick, The mushroom picking in the forest is a very good thing! Even when I was a little kid, we went to the forest with my grandmother a lot. She often said, this is perhaps a good mushroom, others take it, but I do not know, just stay in place! This is a very important rule. If we find a mushroom which is a bit uncertain, we separate it from other fungus, and bring it to an expert to check it. There is no finer than a Christmas cabbage soup with hand-picked mushrooms. :) Zoli
